U Win Tin's comment on DVB Youth Voice

U Win Tin I've been watching DVB’s special Youth Voice via satellite regularly. I like Youth Voice a lot and enjoy watching the segments. I do have some feedback. Given the program focus is on young people in Burma, it should be more fun to watch. Sometimes I notice that some of the sports items have already been shown in other media programs available in Burma.

What I would like to suggest is that the program should pay more attention to the activities and interests of young people living inside and outside of Burma. The program can achieve something more- in terms of effort and co-operation, and in encouraging frank discussion.

The overall program should be inspiring and fun to watch. Young people need more entertaining materials to be educated and aware about issues. Youth Voice is not a formal educational class, nor a place for vocational training. The format should be much lighter.

This program is already good but you can enhance the program and further develop the audience. When people watch this program, they should feel joy, be entertained, encouraged to be active and determined.

I wish all my best for the Youth Voice program.

Dr Cynthia Maung's feedback for DVB Youth Voice

Dr Cynthia Maung The program benefits young people by giving them an opportunity to express their own opinions, hopes and feelings. This will in the future encourage Burmese youth participation and the role of young people in achieving peace and democracy in Burma.

Burmese youth can become more aware and active by watching TV stories that highlight the activities and issues and concerns of young people in more developed nations as well as difficulties of young people living in  developing nation. It can lead to in-depth discussion of development issues amongst themselves.

Burmese youth will be more aware and active by watching on TV stories of developed nation  advance youth life  and difficulties and problem facing by the developing nation youth life will lead to future in-dept discussion among them self.

All young people today are considered future leaders of their community and their nation. They have a responsibility and a duty to participate in democracy and achieving human dignity. They have to learn from whatever they can to develop their abilities to help solve Burma's problems.
